Service inconsistencies stood out, with some staff not being approachable, which affected our overall experience.

Beautiful and outstanding units with balcony, the bathroom, a lovely bed. Courteous staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

My superior king room was big with the window open. It was a marvellous and beautiful location in front of a bus stop. There was Costa Smeralda extremely close to the hotel. Here I spent 4 nights and really enjoyed being in this place.

The amazing sunsets over the water from my spacious balcony were pure magic. Plus, the Michelin-recommended restaurant served the freshest seafood.

Perfect for couples seeking charm

The atmosphere was warm , cute and full of character. The room had a massive balcony where I enjoyed a glass of wine while taking in the lovely view , felt just like home.

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap , but well worth it.

The pub served the best roast beef I've ever had, with delicious bearnaise sauce. Be prepared for some noise if you're on the first floor.

Mattresses in the standard room very bad, the upgraded room was big and spacious and the beds comfortable, but it was quite loud due to the street and the clairaudience.

A very tasteful hotel, which still offers really original equipment. The staff is very warm and helpful. The location is excellent if you want to combine a city holiday with beach. It takes about 35 minutes by bike to the centre of Copenhagen

There is no elevator and bringing up heavy luggage means work and may not be possible for an older person.

This was a good place to stay. Easy walk to the restaurant a hereford beefstouw. Location within 1 mile of Bakken. Thanks to a train station nearby, all the landmarks in Charlottenlund were within reach.

Nice location of the hotel, nice view. But only from the rooms with the lake view!

Noise can be an issue, especially for rooms on the first floor near the restaurants, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Charging extra for basic items like bathrobes or beach towels feels a bit off, especially considering the overall rates. The lack of available saunas by the water for an authentic Scandinavian experience is a missed opportunity that could add more value to your stay.

The rooms was fine (11) but with the direct sun of which is lovely - but the room becomes quit hot in the morning.

The breakfast was qualitatively very good and tasty. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious with a fine sea view. The pub nearby is excellent for casual dining.

the noise from the bar was noticeable at times (especially late at night). our room was spacious and bright with a great sea view. the pub restaurant served delicious meals (definitely worth visiting). breakfast options were healthy and tasty.
